Terms of Service
Every SMM panel has a their own page like this one and most people scroll straight past it. Fair enough. But since you're here, we'd rather explain what you're actually agreeing to than bury it in legal filler. These are the rules that govern your account, your orders, and how SMMYODHA operates day to day.
The Short Version:
- Placing an order means you accept these terms as they read that day, whether you scrolled through them or not.
- We can update these terms, our rates, or how a specific service gets delivered, sometimes without advance notice.
- Delivery times are our best estimate, not a promise — a slow-but-processing order isn't grounds for a refund on its own.
- Whatever you order through us stays subject to the rules of the platform it's for, not just ours.
Accepting These Terms:
Clicking "place order" on SMMYODHA counts as agreeing to everything on this page, including anything that changes after your last visit. We know that's a lot to ask from someone who doesn't read terms pages just for fun. Even so, we recommend taking a quick look through it before placing each order, especially if it's been some time since your last one. The date at the top always displays the update version.
We reserve the right to revise these terms whenever our services, pricing, or operations require it. We won't always send a notice beforehand. Continuing to use the panel after a change goes live means you're on board with the update.
Your Account:
Set up your account with accurate details and keep them current, since a wrong email or WhatsApp number is the first thing that breaks order tracking. One account per person is the expectation. You're responsible for anything that happens under your login — which makes a private, hard-to-guess password worth the extra ten seconds it takes to set one up.
This panel isn't built for anyone under 18. By creating an account, you're confirming you meet that age requirement.
Placing Orders:
An order on SMMYODHA is just a link (or username, depending on the service) plus a quantity. We never ask for your target account's password, only the public details needed to deliver what you've ordered.
Here's the part worth reading twice: delivery times listed on the panel are estimates, not guarantees. We give our honest best guess based on how a service usually performs. Actual delivery can run faster or slower depending on the platform, the service type, or factors outside our control. If your order is still marked as processing and simply feels slow, that alone isn't a reason for a refund — check our Refund Policy page for what actually qualifies.
Occasionally, completing an order exactly the way it was placed isn't possible for reasons on the platform's end. When that happens, we may substitute a comparable service to get you the closest possible result rather than leave the order stuck. We'll always aim for something that matches the spirit of what you ordered.
Pricing:
Rates on the panel can change at any time, without advance warning, largely because our own supplier costs shift constantly. A rate change doesn't cancel or affect these terms; everything else here still applies at the new price.
Staying Within Platform Rules:
Every order you place still has to respect the terms of service of the platform it's for. Instagram runs by its own rules. So does TikTok. Using SMMYODHA doesn't override either one. If a platform suspends, restricts, or removes content or an account after you've used a service on it, that's between you and that platform; it falls outside anything we control or promise here.
What's Not Allowed:
A short list of what gets an account suspended or an order refused:
- Ordering services for content that's illegal, hateful, or clearly designed to deceive people
- Using stolen payment details, or attempting chargebacks on legitimate orders
- Reselling access to your SMMYODHA account without our agreement
- Trying to exploit a bug, glitch, or pricing error instead of reporting it
Report anything that looks off instead of taking advantage of it. We're generally reasonable about honest mistakes and considerably less reasonable about the opposite.
Refunds:
Refunds follow their own dedicated policy, not this page, since the rules differ by service type and order status. The short version: incomplete or clearly failed orders are usually eligible, while orders that delivered as described — even if you changed your mind afterward — usually aren't. Full details live on our Refund Policy page.
Limitation of Liability:
What we can't control is what a third-party platform chooses to do with an account, a post, or some content. SMMYODHA is not responsible for any account restrictions, shadowbans, content removal, or other actions occupied by Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform, uniform if these actions ensue soon after using one of our services.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of User Registration & Login. Any dispute arising from them gets handled under that same jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
