Privacy Policy

If you're buying a few thousand Instagram views or some other bunch of new services, you shouldn't have any privacy concerns with this purchase. That's the short version of why this page exists. The longer version covers what we collect at SMMYODHA, why we collect it, and how much control you actually have over it — written the way we'd explain it to a friend, not the way a law firm would.

The Short Version

If you're in a hurry, here's the our gist:

  • We collect your username, email, WhatsApp number, and the social link or handle which you're ordering a service for.
  • We never ask for your Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform's password — a public link is all we need.
  • Payments run through outside processors — your card details or wallet keys never touch our servers.
  • We don't sell your information to advertisers — we only share it when a service needs it to work or the law requires it.
  • Update, export, or delete your data whenever you want, just ask.

Who This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy acts on to everyone who visits smmyodha.com, makes an account, or places an order through our SMM panel, whether you're buying Instagram likes for one post or directing a continuous flow of TikTok followers for a client. If you're still confused after glance this, feel free to ask and we'll explain it pace by pace.

What You Give Us Directly

When you sign up, we'll question for a username, an email address, a WhatsApp number, and a password. That's the lowest part you need to create an account, sign in again later, and let us reach out if there's any concern with your order.

Once you're within, placing an order sparks off providing a target link: your Instagram post, TikTok profile, YouTube video, or whatever the service requires. We only need the public-facing link or username for this. Your account credentials for that platform never enter the picture. We'd never ask for them.

If you contact support, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up properly and so our team has context if you write in again later.

Payment Information

Adding funds to your balance runs through a third-party payment processor, not through us directly. We see the transaction reference, the amount, and which payment method you picked — not your full card number, bank login, or wallet private key. Those stay with the processor, which handles that layer of security far better than we could build ourselves.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, ours picks up a few technical details on its own: your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit, and roughly how long you stick around. Cookies and similar small files handle most of this. There's more detail on that just below.

Cookies and Similar Technology

Cookies keep you logged in between visits and help us understand which pages are actually useful versus which ones people bounce off of. None of the cookies we use read your keystrokes or peek at other tabs — they just track activity on our own site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, though logging in may get more tedious if you switch them off completely.

How We Use What We Collect

Everything above feeds into a fairly short list of purposes:

  • Creating and managing your account
  • Processing orders and tracking delivery status
  • Responding to support tickets and WhatsApp messages
  • Sending order confirmations and service updates
  • Spotting fraud, chargebacks, or terms-of-service abuse
  • Improving page speed, service reliability, and site design
  • Meeting tax, accounting, or legal obligations where they apply

We don't use your email or WhatsApp number for anything you haven't agreed to. If we ever add promotional messages, you'll get a clear opt-out with every send.

Who We Share Information With

The list of who we share with stays short:

  • Payment processors, so your deposit actually reaches your balance
  • Analytics tools, to understand traffic patterns in aggregate, not to identify you personally
  • Law enforcement or regulators, only when a valid legal request requires it
  • A future buyer of the business, in the unlikely event of a merger or acquisition, and only under the same privacy commitments made here

That's it. We don't rent, sell, or trade your details to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone running a marketing list. Your Instagram or TikTok credentials specifically never leave your hands, because we never ask for them in the first place.

How We Protect Your Data

We store passwords hashed, not as plain text. Even our own team can't read yours. Data moves over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access to account and order records stays limited to staff who genuinely need it to do their job. No system is fully unbreakable. We'd still recommend a password you don't reuse elsewhere, along with a bit of caution around any message claiming to be from us.

How Long We Keep It

We keep track of your account and order information as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after that to handle tax records, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud. Once that window closes, we remove or make the remaining data unrecognizable instead of keeping it around forever.

Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us at any point to:

  • See a copy of what we hold on you
  • Correct anything that's outdated or wrong
  • Delete your account and its data, within what the law allows us to keep
  • Opt out of any marketing messages
  • Ask questions about anything in this policy

Send that request to( admin@smmyodha.com )and we'll get back to you within a reasonable timeframe, typically inside 30 days.

Children's Privacy

SMMYODHA isn't built for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If we find out that we have in hand it, we will remove it.

International Users

Our services reach users well beyond India, including USA and EU-targeted packages, so data may be processed in a different country than the one you're ordering from. Wherever it's processed, it stays covered by the protections described in this policy.

Note that the social media platforms you order services for — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and so on — run under their own privacy policies, entirely separate from ours. Anything you share directly with them is between you and that platform.

Changes to This Policy

We'll update this page whenever our practices genuinely change, not just to pad it out. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Significant changes will come with a heads-up on the site too.
